Software that is designed before it is built.
From first architecture sketch to deployed, monitored product — custom programming and software design for teams that need their systems to actually hold together.
What we design and build
Six connected disciplines — engage one, or run them together as a full product cycle.
Custom web applications
Bespoke web apps built around your actual workflow — internal tools, customer portals and SaaS products, never a stretched template.
Scope → build → deployAPI design & integration
Internal and public APIs with clear contracts, plus dependable integrations between the software you already run every day.
REST · webhooks · syncArchitecture & technical design
System blueprints, data models and technology choices chosen for your scale — so growth means extending, not rewriting.
Diagrams & decision recordsUI / UX & interaction design
User flows and wireframes first, then interfaces implemented exactly as designed — fast, accessible and consistent across devices.
Flows → wireframes → UICloud, DevOps & deployment
CI/CD pipelines, containerized deploys, environments and monitoring that make releasing software calm instead of heroic.
Automated & observableAudit & legacy modernization
Code audits, security review and incremental migration plans that move you off aging systems without a big-bang rewrite.
Assess before you migrateA delivery cycle with no black boxes
Define the problem
Requirements, constraints, users and success criteria — written down as a shared scope before any code is written.
Design the system
Architecture, data models, API contracts and interface wireframes, reviewed with you while changes are still cheap.
Build in short iterations
Weekly working demos, tests written alongside features, and a running environment you can touch at any point.
Deploy and document
Production deployment, monitoring, handover documentation and a clear plan for what comes next.
Three ways to work together
Indicative pricing for planning — every engagement is scoped and quoted after a free introductory call.
Sprint Kickoff
One scoped feature or prototype, delivered in two weeks
- Fixed scope, fixed timeline
- Working demo each week
- Tested, documented handover
Product Build
A complete design-to-deployment product cycle
- Architecture & UI design included
- 6–10 week build, weekly demos
- QA, deployment & monitoring
- Full source code & docs
Technical Retainer
Ongoing development for products already in market
- Reserved monthly hours
- Priority response queue
- Maintenance & improvements
Built on mainstream, well-supported technology
We choose boring, reliable tools where they fit and reach for specialized ones only when the problem demands it.

Before you brief a project
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Custom web applications, internal tools, APIs and integrations, customer portals, automation pipelines and modernization of existing systems. If your idea involves software that doesn’t exist yet or software that needs rebuilding, it is likely a fit.
Can you work from our existing codebase?
Yes. We begin with a short audit of the repository to understand structure, dependencies and risks, then propose an incremental plan — extending what works and replacing what doesn’t, without halting your current product.
How do sprints and payments work?
Scope is agreed in writing before work starts. Fixed-scope sprints are invoiced 50% to begin and 50% on delivery; longer cycles follow milestone-based invoicing. There are no surprise change orders — scope changes are quoted separately and only start with your approval.
Who owns the code and intellectual property?
You do — fully. On final payment, all source code, designs, documentation and deployment credentials are handed over, with no proprietary lock-in or licensing dependencies on us.
Can you sign an NDA before we discuss details?
Absolutely. Send your mutual NDA ahead of the introductory call, or we can provide a standard mutual confidentiality agreement to sign first.
Have a system worth building well?
Tell us what you want the software to do. We will reply within one business day with whether it is a fit and a realistic next step.
